“Although Apple’s iPhone may be feature-packed and great to use, it, like every other product, has limitations. And that’s why we’re putting it through our Ten Things You Should Know buyer’s guide series so new buyers and people who don’t live and breathe the iPhone (your parents, your co-workers, or your wife) can be just as well informed as you.”[...] Thanks to arbiterofcool for providing this nice story on Digg (more than 1570 Diggs).

Darin’s iPhone was defective, so he tried to return it to the AT&T store where he purchased it. No dice. AT&T told him that Apple was responsible for the device. When Darin tried to exchange the phone with Apple, they told him he’d have to deal with AT&T for the first 14 days. That’s odd, Apple has a 14 day refund policy on the iPhone.[...] Thanks to mvanhorn for providing this nice story on Digg (more than 1552 Diggs).

Up until last week, the name iphone.com belonged to a guy called Michael Kovatch. Not any more, it doesn’t. The entrepreneur, who registered the site in 1995 and was planning on building a business around it, has just flogged the domain name to Steve and Co. for an undisclosed seven-digit sum.[...] Thanks to CLIFFosakaJAPAN for providing this nice story on Digg (more than 1283 Diggs).
