Electronics specialty retailer Best Buy, which announced in April that it would be expanding its Mac pilot program to about 200 stores, has begun fitting some of its higher profile locations with radically improved Apple store-within-a-store concepts. “The [iMac development] team is apparently experiencing last minute issues with the new keyboard. We can reveal that this keyboard will be very similar to Logitech’s diNovo Edge; however our source says: “it’s got a feature or two that the diNovo does not have”.”[...] Thanks to koregaonpark for providing this nice story on Digg (more than 1080 Diggs).

The amazing wizards at the iPhone Dev Wiki have been able to partially unlock the iPhone using a new application called iASign. It won’t fully unlock the iPhone, but the hack will allow you to use any existing Cingular/AT&T Pre-paid SIM so you don’t have to get a contract with AT&T. That’s full call functionality without two years of slavery.[...] Thanks to yokozuka for providing this nice story on Digg (more than 1098 Diggs).
